Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout via Canada Post, we offer great shipping rates and shipments arrive usually within 7 business days, we do offer a tracking number for peace of mind.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00 within Canada and The United States; all other locations must pay shipping based on destination. 

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

 Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

In some situations, for non-domestic shipments, you may incur import and customs fees; these are the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. We include a prepaid return shipping label with each order. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

- Any Item That Is Intimate In Nature
